Your agreed broker compensation is paid when the loan funds, subject to your broker agreement and the transaction’s terms. Confirm the amount, payment arrangements, client relationship protections and each party’s responsibilities with Pillar before moving forward. Creating or signing a term sheet does not guarantee a closing or compensation.
